It may be difficult to believe in yourself when everything around you seems to be crumbling into pieces, but keeping faith is the only way to trudge through the hard times and see yourself clear to better days. Try these strategies to help you remain steadfast when you're feeling the pressure of tough times:
Most of the time you associate drinking caffeine, as something which is bad for you. When it comes to your memory, though, this may be another ball game altogether. A study back in 2014, conducted by the John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland determined that caffeine can improve certain memories for up to a day after the memory has been formed.
This seems to help solidify the reasoning behind students drinking energy drinks and filling up on coffee and tea right before an exam. A shot of caffeine can boost your memory. Previously any findings on the benefits of caffeine had been dismissed. So why now are people agreeing that caffeine can indeed help?

We all want to succeed in life, and success is going to mean something different to each individual person. When you consider it, every one of our ancestors was a success, because they continued to live and reproduce. That bodes well for our potential success, too! Our individual success goals vary greatly, as they should! For one person, success may mean a big house, several expensive cars, and a few exotic vacations each year. To someone else success means a cabin in the woods with a woodstove and enough cut wood to make it comfortably through the winter. Success is completely subjective, and there are no right or wrong answers.
My partner in the dialog asked, “Why am I not getting the thing I want?” In this particular case, it was a promotion at work, but it could be anything–maybe you want to find a fulfilling life partner, or you’d like to be more confident, or make more sales calls, or make a significant change in career or life style or whatever it may be. Part of the answer is this: you need to be receptive and open to actually receive it.

What I didn’t understand at the time was something called the “self-talk loop” which actually does function to make what you “say” become what actually “is.” Here’s how it works…
Greatness doesn’t usually occur without some side trips into adversity. Those who have accomplished great success in their lives have usually been through some trials and tribulations that have made them strong beyond measure.
Nelson Mandela spent years in prison and still rose to lead his people as the first black president of South Africa. The list is long and star-studded of people who have overcome the worst of the worst and still rose to gargantuan successes. Here are ten ways that these most successful people made their ways from the depths of despair to the pinnacle of success:
